nice video and i adopt with these exercises are nice core exercise but the only thing is with the incline bench when ever u place back on rack that is not nice on shoulder were dips u can stress any part of the chest and safer and i feel works the stabler muscles more another then that u picked 5 each nice exercises also will add its nice to pick 5 different exercises to which up each two months and how old are you i am 48 years old and tore my shoulder several times my dumb ass was doing behind the presses
I am 61 in really nice shape and the very first exercise he does is a BIG NO. Pull ups are hard on your lower back. There are much better ideas to exercise the same muscle group. Same thing with the dead lifts. This is what happens when someone who is younger and works out a lot tries to claim us what to do.. Don't bother with this routine. Instead consult your doctor for a recommended routine that will hold you healthy without sending in for the orthopedic surgery.......
