Doing something each morning keeps us consistence by getting our body used to the feeling of working out and making it a everyday morning habit. You may think that 7 mins is not worth it but I assure you that working out each day for 7 mins instead of don't working out at all makes a large difference in your lvl of energy, how you react to stress, the ability to focus and how your body looks like.

Mike it’s the first time I am viewing this I too love your clothing I love the loose pants I noticed the Elastic at the back waist . Where can you buy these pants? I am ‘64 years old and I enjoyed doing my yoga everyday I do the same things you do except for the jumping I broke my ankle in April but I cannot wait to run the jumping again it supports my whole body and also with balance older recipients need to do your exercise they will become energized and youthful again.
