Harbor Freight electric hoist and trolley set up 4 ibeam using to one ton trolleys and a 2000 pound electric hoist from Harbor Freight some discussion of load stability.Tags:
I was wondering how a winch would work on my single trolley, actually I know I need two. Nicely done thanks for posting
Would obviously been great to see you putting it to use
You mentioned the dimensions of the angle iron in the video but I’m unclear about it so I have a several questions. Are both legs of the angle iron 3” and are the brackets 2” long? How far from the end did you drill the holes? Are all holes 1.25”?
Where did you search your trolley's ? Do you have a item number for them?
is there any chance you should send me a picture of the inside of the hoist remote control? i pulled the wires out of mine and not sure where they go back.
Great job, thank you for showing a quality installation. I'm in the process of installing a steel i-beam specified by a structural engineer and the two trolley concept makes complete sense. I'm planning on duplicating your example.
Have you lifted anything really massive with it? I’m looking at buying one to pick up my welding machine and it’s 1,600 pounds
This is nice thank you for sharing this
Nice solution! I like to overbuild too and it looks like is a hell of a beam and trolley!
What are the specs on your I-Beam? I suppose I may have missed a mention in the video.
