any videos on how to learn using a 4x36 grinder?
Belts have a directional arrow which seems to wear off on the platen very quickly. Is it important to maintain that direction of rotation?, I notice that all knife makers seem to pick up a belt and place it on without looking at the back.
*Plenty of power>>>**0rz.tw/p5d0** dust collection systems work well when coupled to a tiny market vac. The work tables are decent and adjustments are relatively precise. Included abrasives are ok. I was pleasantly surprised how real the belt runs. It does bog down a tiny if you really are hogging in but overall this machine has plenty of power to obtain the job done. It isn't even all that noisy. Anyone know what kind of motor this has? It really is smooth with very tiny to no vibration. I was not expecting that. Again, for the price (not expecting the globe from it) I think this really can't be better! Nice job WEN.*
16:12 where can I buy that knife?
what's a cheap blade steel I should buy to practice grinding with?
I check a lot of woodworking handbooks. These one from woodprix are the finest.
Thank you! May Jesus Christ bless you for the nonpaid lesson.
This is to hard if you have no experience.
Walter. You are obviously a professional and I'm not trying to pick your video apart as it is very intuitive, However you are pronouncing Platen incorrectly it has a short e like Flatten. For a highly experienced pro like yourself, you could care as you are passing your stats to the masses Here is proof. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ysYVpToDeXg
