After creating a video featuring a tour of the newest KDE Plasma 5.19 beta using KDE Neon unstable edition, I got the concept of talking about soft priorities in upcoming releases. Could the main focus be on getting rid of as many bugs as possible or enhancing the overall look & feel? Perhaps both?

Which distro has finest battery life?
Nice video really informative and interesting!
5:51 System Settings > Window Management > Window Behavior > Advanced > Window Placement > Centered (in each single Plasma video I see recipients grabbing the window and dragging it to the center of the screen). Maybe windows could pop up right in the center of the screen by default after all. Speaking of bugs, the single most annoying bug that I obtain to see few times each single day is *Bug 403243* I'm running Plasma 5.18.5 LTS and Bug 403243 is yet to be fixed. It just gives a terrible impression. Hopefully it will be fixed and then the fix will be backported to the newest Plasma LTS. I'm not holding my breath but it would be nice. Thank you, Primal Penguin!
Don't you think the bugs you describe are distro-similar? If you just take the bear configuration provided by KDE (some distros do that by default) that you tweak manually to obtain what you wish you could not have those bugs. At least I have none of what you described.
That GTK2 coloring bug has already been fixed in Plasma 5.19.
