For the Sugar syrup (Malpuas 1)
Water 1 cup
Saffron strands 7-8
For the batter (Malpua 1 & Malpua 2)
Almond flour I cup
Coconut flour I cup
Psyllium husk 1/2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Coconut milk 1/2 cup
Water 1/2 cup
Salt a pinch
Peppercorns coarsely ground 1tsp
Corriander seeds 1tsp
Fennel seeds 1 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Almonds coarsely grounded 2 tsp
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Stevia 1 cup
For making Malpuas 2 style, you just need the batter ingredients and stevia.
I have used 1 Batter Quantity for both the kind Of Malpuas. so Stevie and water used for Malpuas 1was taken 1/2 and a half Stevia for Malpuas 2

Hi.i like your recipes very much.as i m on keto and egg less as well. I just wish to ask in most of your recipes you use psyllium husk or xanthan gum but i dont like their taste at all.so can we skip that and create with all another ingredients.
I don't like the taste of Stevia is there any substitute
I obtain an after taste of stevia.. tried different brands... erythritol however is a tiny bland so have to use in larger quantities.. any tip from you? Btw, nice recipes :)
