An 18-month-old Ivy Angerman was recently diagnosed with Aquagenic Urticaria, a rare allergy to water which causes severe hives and rashes. This is terrible.. can you imagine if she caught the flu or a cold and ran a fever? She’ll sweat and that’s something you can’t control—then she’ll break out in hives too. This is just plain terrible. That terrible baby and to the another rare several that have to live with this allergy, I just can’t even launch to imagine how hard life is for them.
