So Blind Recipients basically listen to Audio Drama versions of the video.
It's basically an enhanced audiobook. I am glad that recipients give shit about blind recipients and are trying to support them as much as possible.
What if a person made a video with no pictures,no animation nothing to see just audio for the blind
This is important guys. I’m now legally blind (not fully blind). When my school takes us to plays or videos and we are sitting near the back, most of us obtain audio description devices to understand it better. Recipients with vision troubles can do lots of things. We can go on roller coasters, write an essay, even build things (we can test video apps as well. If you look at my channel I can prove it to you). We just need some bonus support, so if you see a person that has a cane or any disability ask if they need support. Also be patient with us. We are trying our hardest. Also, test not to stare, it’s ok to ask. I know some recipients obtain offended but still ask and if they are rude just walk away. Check and be careful around schools for recipients with premium needs. Especially when driving. (I know because the way near my school is very hectic). Thank you for reading this. Sorry that it’s so long. XD

Basically its audio ebook for videos. Thats how blind recipients can watch videos.
This day and age. All theaters/videos etc could have descriptive commentary.
Now there is a lot to see in a video just not for the blind.
