Insane as a box of frogs!
I apparently have to follow them all lol
TCM is all about grains, even for Candida.
What about the Fifth Element?
I'm full of fire....
This dude is not a doctor.
Dr Walt. Please stick to you learned medicine instead of attempting to tackle TCM. In TCM we do not have any kind of Diet, this is a Western notion. As I learned in China, Westerners attempt to Supermarket things to their advantage for fame and dollars. TCM is simple to learn yet har to practice while Western Medicines are hard to learn but simple to practice. Also the Nutrition you learned is nothing like I learned in TCM. Your 5 Element explanation is very Western and not TCM. Thanks, Dr Walt AP Dipl NCCAOM, RN BSN, CSRN, BSMT, MHt
