League commission could look into the guy that turns on fog of fight for the entirety of setups to wars. He should be intentionally doing that to hold another squads from learning certain squad's movements during squad war setups. I haven't noticed if he does it for/vs certain squads or not. I first notice it because I test to gauge how Pros set up for the wars and it usually annoyed me that the vision would be killed for the whole setup of almost each large attempt at an engage. Really tilts the experience of trying to learn from these VODs and livestreams.
